We intentionally process as little visitor information as reasonably possible. We do not use advertising analytics, behavioural advertising, marketing trackers or commercial profiling.

Information processed

For operation and security, limited technical information may be processed automatically, including IP-related network information, browser or user-agent data, timestamps, session identifiers, rate-limiting information, failed login attempts and security events. Our application stores a keyed digest rather than the raw IP address for its persistent login-failure protection.

The Website may display information already published publicly on Bilibili, such as public usernames, public comments, video titles, links and recommendation context.

Purposes

Technical data is used only to operate the Website, authenticate authorised visitors, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity and protect the service. Public Bilibili information is used to organise and attribute community recommendations.

We do not sell personal information and do not use visitor information for targeted advertising.

Service providers and international processing

The Website uses third-party infrastructure, including Railway for application hosting and Cloudflare for domain/network services. These providers may process limited technical information necessary to deliver and protect the service. Infrastructure may operate outside the European Economic Area, including Singapore, subject to the safeguards and terms applicable to the relevant provider.

Bilibili content

Bilibili video players are not loaded automatically on our video pages. They are loaded only after you choose to press the play button. At that point your browser may communicate directly with Bilibili, which may process technical information according to its own policies.

Retention

Authentication sessions expire automatically. Application-level security records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to prevent repeated abuse and protect the Website. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own technical logs under their respective policies.
